Linde Breaks Ground for Largest Liquid Producing ASU in Bangladesh

Linde Bangladesh, part of Tier One player The Linde Group, has officially started construction of the company’s new air separation unit in Rupganj. The plant, costing an estimated $15m, is expected to be completed in 2017 and will produce approximately 100 TPD of liquefied gases – making it the largest liquid producing ASU in Bangladesh.

A state-of-the-art cylinder filling site at Rupganj will also be built to provide a wide range of cylinder products across various market segments. Linde will design, build and manage the Rupganj plant which will provide liquefied gases supply and related solutions to Bangladesh’s growing healthcare, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and shipbuilding industries.
